Uranautti – Online training on finding hidden job opportunities

Our partner Kumous acknowledged that one of the biggest challenges in the labor market is that many job opportunities are not announced openly. There was a need for a service that could help young adults to understand the potential of these hidden job opportunities and then help them to apply.

Solution

We developed an innovative online course that helps young adults to find hidden jobs in the Pohjois-Savo region in Finland. The service finds job opportunities using open data. It provides individualized suggestions about potential employers and offers detailed coaching on how to make contact with them.
